Hello!
I am Chaza, principal designer at Chaza Hofmeister Design, a referral-based residential and commercial interior design firm located in Lincoln, Nebraska. CHD provides full-service interior design services that combine elegance, comfort and an esthetic that stands the test of time.
Designing curated and custom looks is my true strength. As aesthetically pleasing new builds or remodels can be, in many cases the end result can lack character and give off a “cookie cutter” vibe! My focus is to bring your vision to life and curate a balanced design with the use of different elements, patterns and textures.

DESIGN TIP: Intermix vintage furnishing and decor with new styling, source that one architectural element that gives your space that WOW factor or incorporate a personal item, family heirloom or souvenir from a trip that brings you joy every time you walk into your space! These are the design elements that tell your story and show your unique style.
I live in Lincoln with my husband and 3 kids. When I'm not busy with design work, you'll find me driving kids to activities, or antique store hunting for architectural vintage pieces and dreaming of how to bring them back to life and incorporating them in my projects!
I was born in Syria, but Lincoln has been home since the year 2000. I love traveling and seeing new places within the US and Europe! One of my favorite life experiences was studying abroad in Spain and immersing myself in their culture. I believe that my upbringing and my travels have a big influence on my design style and a great source for design inspiration.
