DISCOVERY CALL
Discuss scope and level of service.

INITIAL CONSULT
We get to know each other and discuss your vision for the space — the expectations, timeframe, desired investment and prioritization of project goals.

DESIGN CONCEPT MEETING
Set direction for the design by presenting space planning and spatial layout, discuss preliminary design ideas, color scheme and style. We share inspiration photos that align with your design vision and support your everyday living experience.

DESIGN PRESENTATION MEETING
Share 3D renderings of the design and present all finishes and selections.

DEVELOPMENT
Communicate the design with the construction team and provide a spec book with selections and elevations to ensure accurate implementation of the design.

PROCUREMENT
Following your approval, Chaza Hofmeister Designs will source all your finishes and materials that need to be on-site for construction. Close communication is maintained with your construction team to ensure the design is progressing as planned.

INSTALLATION
Install your new furnishings and style your curated space to bring your vision to life.
I take care of every detail so that General Contractors or Trades don't have to guess on design plans. Coordination with these groups take hours and is a continuous process that I handle as part of the CHD process.
